Elogail Online Shop Warranty & Protection Plan Policies

Is an additional service (Protection Plan), we offer the option to purchase a one-year extended warranty from Elogail Online Shop. This service covers the following:

• Manufacturing defects in materials or performance under normal household use.
• Faults resulting solely from factory defects.

The Protection Plan does not cover:

• Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or incorrect installation.
• Issues caused by power fluctuations, incorrect voltage, or exposure to liquids and moisture.
• Consumable parts and accessories such as blades, non-stick coatings, glass parts, filters, bulbs, cables, and attachments.
• Cosmetic damages that do not affect the product’s performance.

Service Request Procedure:

To benefit from the extended warranty, the defective product must be presented along with the original purchase invoice to Elogail Online Shop’s service center. The device will be inspected to ensure that the issue is covered under the warranty. If the defect is not covered, you will be provided with a repair quotation before service begins.
